Jason Gouldon was arrested on April 16, 2017 for driving under the influence of Alcohol (DUI).

The criminal charges he faces in this case are:

• VC23152(A) DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL
• VC23152(B) DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL (BAC > .08)

Jason retained attorney Stephen Laberge to defend him. Mr. Laberge was also a professor of Jason’s at Monterey College of Law.
